These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Florvania LLC ("Company") website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Florvania provides guided tours and excursions — including boat and water tours, airboat and Everglades rides, snorkeling and diving, city and cultural tours, theme-park and custom excursions — and branded merchandise. All services are subject to availability and these Terms.

2. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Final payment is due as specified in your booking confirmation or tour agreement.

3. Cancellation Policy

30+ days before your tour date: Full refund minus deposit.
15-29 days: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days: No refund.
Cancellation policies may vary by tour or service. Refer to your specific agreement for details.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for: treating tour equipment and vessels with care, adhering to capacity limits, following guide and safety instructions, reporting damages promptly, and complying with local laws and regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Florvania shall not be liable for: personal injury or property damage beyond our control, service interruptions due to force majeure or weather, third-party service provider actions, or loss of personal belongings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design elements are the property of Florvania LLC and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
