Everglades National Park Self Guided Driving Tour Audio/GPS

About this tour

Want to know where to turn off? What's at each stop? The history of the Natives? The story of the animals? Why are there so many Pithons here and where did they come from? This drive goes down the main rd of the park. Along the way, look for elevated observation towers, hidden boardwalk trails, and tranquil ponds, and listen for stories of the Seminole, the runways, and Miccosukee peoples who called this land Pa-Hai-Okee, early plume hunters and the game warden who gave his life to stop them, and the legends tied to Guy Bradley and the birth of wildlife conservation in America. Learn about the sites. Know what is at each turn off. And discover the story of the Everglades. This is a location aware smartphone guided driving tour on our app WalknTours. It plays as you drive sharing the history. This does not include the park ticket fee. It's only the audio guide for the drive.
